| The
parents (on the right hand) started the family-business
in 1990. Today the 'second' generation is
operating the hotel: You will find the three
brothers Costas (left hand), Dimitris and
Georgos (middle/right hand) in the reception,
the bar or in the restaurant. Dimitris is
also responsible for the vine-growing, the
cultivation of olives and oranges and for
the family-own production of olive-oil, wine
and raki. Alici, Costas wife, is the head
of the kitchen and famous for her original
cretan cooking! And the 'third generation'
-Catarina, Manolis, Christopher and Ilias- is in
charge for playing with your children. |
